  • more than one 3d model can be opened in the same window

  • perspective view support

  • surface representation selection shortcuts

  • backface culling support

  • italian/english tutorials updated

Other than 3d measurements, stereo anaglyphic view, customized ASCII export and model scaling functions.

New FlyScan application in Jordan

A new archaeological acquisition campaing will be soon in Jordan by CNR ITABC of Rome.

Menci Software FlyScan technology will be applied to Shawbak crusaders castle.
With FlyScan is possible to get aerial image triples using an aerostat.
From each triple a 3d model of terrain and buildings can be generated.

The international convention will be in Paestum (SA - Italy)  from 13th to16th November 2008.
