ZScan supports Matte Colors

The matte color support was introduced into last ZScan version.
Now you are able to exclude a given pixel set from 3d model generation by selecting a specific matte color and its tolerances.
For instance it is ideal to exclude an uniform background color.

 

A different matte color can be defined for each ZScan photo triplet.

New feature includes:

  • preview of selected matte color area
  • custom matte RGB tolerances 
  • custom area picker size
  • pixel selection reversing

Tresinaro-Secchia local police use PoliceMap

The Tresinaro-Secchia (RE) local police has adopted the PoliceMap system to improve its car accident surveys methodologies.

Moreover they start use Deformation, the software developed in collaboration with University of Florence, in order to evaluate impact energy and direction.
