When your account is activated you can access to it using an FTP client.
If you havn't you can freely download FileZilla FTP Client from our website.
After installation you should to config it inserting:
server host name: www.menci.com
username: (that one you have received)
password: (that one you have received)
If you want to use an online ftp client you can use www.net2ftp.com
but that free service limits file size to 5 MB
