Privacy
This website is published by MENCI Engineering srl, Via Fratelli Lumiere 19, 52100 Arezzo, Italy, VAT IT01623490511 (the data controller). Contact: info@menci.com, +39 338 2806914.
What data we process
The site has no contact forms, no user accounts, no newsletter and no analytics or advertising tools. We do not collect personal data through the pages.
As for any website, the hosting provider's web servers record technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). These logs are used only to keep the service secure and working, and are deleted according to the provider's retention schedule.
If you write to us by email or call us, we use your details only to reply. They are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations.
Third-party resources
The 3D animation on the home page loads the open-source three.js library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Your browser connects to that service to download the file, which involves your IP address.
Links to our product websites (StereoCloud3D, StereoCAD, OPKSpace, Capto Golf) open other sites with their own privacy notices.
Your rights
Under articles 15–22 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to its processing, by writing to info@menci.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
